I'm getting sleepee
At 3:15 I woke up to the sound of my cat Sophie crying. Being an overprotective kitty dad, I immediately arose to see what was the matter.
Last week I had bought some new cat litter and I knew that she didn't like it much. I added some of the old litter and she seemed to respond to that.
I always pay attention to the both of the cats to see if their systems are working right. If a cat gets a urinary tract obstruction they can die in a short time.
She didn't pee for me but did have a good poop though.
I'm sitting here at 3:45am, wondering whether to go back to bed and not worry about her.
Well I think I will go back to the warm bed and hope that she goes as well.
Night all....

A stressful but happy day.
Today I took my two children, er, I mean cats up to get their yearly needles. The vet noticed something unusual about Foster's gum colour and advised me to get his blood checked.
His blood showed that his liver was overproducing enzymes so the next plan of action was either an ultrasound or an x-ray. I opted for the latter.
After five and a half hours of waiting by the phone I picked him up. The x-rays were good and I'll take him up in a month or so to have his blood work checked again.
I know it may sound strange but I don't think there is anything in this entire world that means more to me than my two cats.
I can only imagine what I would be like if I had real children.
